  • Print and Fill Out the Drop-Off Form

    This is one of 2 forms you will need in order for us to process your return. We will not be able to process your return without this form filled out.

  • Read and Sign the Engagement Contract

    This contract is required for every tax client at Virtual Tax Prep. This engagement letter is designed to confirm the terms and conditions under which we will provide you with tax services. It also outlines the responsibilities for each of us in this process.

  • Gather Your Documents

    We created a Tax Preparation Checklist for to make it easier to organize documents. We recommend that clients print it out and check off necessary documents. Then place a copy with their drop-off packet and keep a copy for their records.

    We do need all original documents to be in your drop-off packet. However, we won’t need your photo identification (I.E. a driver’s license) or social security card until pick up.

  • Drop Document Packet Off

    Drop-Offs are only allowed during business hours. We will not be responsible for any documentation that is not given to us during business hours. You will not be required to pay until pickup.

  • Sign For and Pick Up Documents

    Once your return is nearly complete, we will contact you and schedule a time for you to sign, pay, and pick up your documents. At that point, we will need your identification and social security card (for you, your spouse, and dependents) in order to complete your return. Please note that no returns will be sent to the IRS without payment.
